Shipping policy

Our Shipping cost is based on total of order.

All items listed on the site for sale are in-stock or Pre-orders that will be arriving soon. Items generally ship every Monday.  If you purchased a “Pre-Order” item, the item will ship immediately upon arrival.  

Products will be shipped to an address designated by the customer upon checkout. 

CUSTOMERS should have a secure and safe place for delivery of their orders. We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer, or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier. 

Returned packages will be charged the cost of postage to resend the package. Packages that were shipped for free initially will be charged the full cost to re-ship the package. 

GlamChasyn is not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, COVID delays or winter storm.

Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate which is an issue with the UPSP, not our site.
